This Maintenance Agreement establishes a comprehensive partnership between [Client’s Name or Business Name] and My AC Hook Up. Scheduled biannual maintenance visits ensure peak performance, with priority scheduling, reduced rates, and a commitment to service excellence. The Client enjoys peace of mind and optimal HVAC efficiency.
Service Schedule:
Biannual scheduled visits ensure the air conditioning system’s optimal functioning. The Service Provider adheres to a consistent service schedule and provides advanced notice of upcoming maintenance visits, allowing for convenient planning and preparation.
Benefits:
Clients signing this Agreement gain exclusive benefits, including priority scheduling for service calls and repairs. Additionally, they benefit from reduced rates on additional services and emergency callouts, ensuring cost-effective and efficient HVAC solutions for their property.
Terms of Payment:
Payment for this Maintenance Agreement is an annual commitment. The Client agrees to remit the specified fee promptly upon receipt of invoices, ensuring uninterrupted access to the exclusive benefits and services provided under this Agreement.
Agreement Duration:
The initial term of this Agreement spans one year from the effective date. Automatic renewal occurs annually, offering continued benefits and peace of mind unless either party opts for termination with a 30-day written notice, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. Termination does not absolve the Client of any payment obligations for services rendered, emphasizing a fair and transparent end to the contractual relationship.
Responsibilities:
The Client commits to providing safe and unobstructed access to the air conditioning system during scheduled visits. The Service Provider undertakes responsibilities with diligence, professionalism, and expertise, ensuring the optimal functioning of the HVAC system.
Exclusions:
This Agreement, while comprehensive, excludes repairs necessitated by damage, misuse, or negligence. Replacement parts and major repairs are not covered under this Agreement and will be billed separately, offering clarity on coverage and ensuring fair and transparent financial arrangements.
Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, providing a legal framework for the contractual relationship between the Client and My AC Hook Up, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and standards.
